What Will Be The Maximum Heart Rate For Me?

Heart rate and pulse rate are two different parameters. Heart rate measures heartbeats and pulse rate measures blood pressure. Normal heart rate is the number of times your heart beats per minute; pulse is how you can feel each beat. Since heartbeat pumps blood through your body, it changes blood pressure and causes an artery pulse. Healthy heart rate and pulse rate are in sync. Heart issues cause a lower pulse rate than heart rate. Obesity, smoking, alcohol, medicines, and body mass can affect pulse rate. Changes in heart rate over time are detected by electrocardiogram (ECG) and photoplethysmography (PPG).
