Systolic blood pressure is more than 132/88 blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure is less than 80. Systolic or diastolic pressure in stage 1 high blood pressure is between 130 and 139. When the systolic or diastolic pressure is 140 or greater, stage 2 high blood pressure is present. A result of less than 120/80 indicates ideal blood pressure. Having high blood pressure, often known as hypertension, is defined as having readings that are regularly higher than 135/85 (however 130/80 is considered high if you have diabetes or kidney illness).
