WORLD DIABETES DAY 2022

World Diabetes Day, observed on November 14 each year, is the main international initiative aimed at raising awareness of diabetes mellitus. The International Diabetes Federation (IDF), which organises each World Diabetes Day, focuses on a different topic linked to diabetes; type-2 diabetes is a noncommunicable illness that is mainly preventable and treated and is becoming more and more common in the world. Insulin injections can be used to control type 1 diabetes, which cannot be prevented.
